Statement
A quiet horizontal line above the Atlantic. The house withdraws from the cliff edge so the landscape arrives first, and the sea is revealed only once you are inside.
Design approach
Two stone volumes are separated by a glazed living room, framing the water without exposing the house to prevailing wind. The terrace steps down with the natural grade.

Environment
Salt-tolerant stone and marine-grade metals were selected for a hundred-year weathering cycle. Native coastal planting replaced the previous lawn entirely.
