Five stages. One idea, carried through.

Our process is deliberately slow at the start so that everything after moves with certainty.

    Discover

    We walk the site at different hours, study climate data and listen to how you intend to live or work. Nothing is drawn yet.

  2. 02

    Define

    The brief is written together — spaces, budget, programme and the one idea the project should be remembered for.

  3. 03

    Design

    Hand sketches, physical models and simulation run in parallel. We test daylight, air and material before committing.

  4. 04

    Develop

    Technical resolution with engineers and makers. Every junction is drawn; nothing is left to the site to invent.

  5. 05

    Deliver

    We stay on site through construction and return a year later to see how the building has settled into use.
